oh man, i cannot even count how many times in the last four months we said, let's just chuck it all, quit our jobs, sell our cars and all our furniture and everything and take this savings and live abroad like nomads until our money runs out. i truly believe that the life we create is the only thing that keeps us chained to it.
it's all just maintenance: we purchae things, then we have to have a place to put those things, and then we have to have a job to make money to pay for the place to put those things, and then we have to buy/maintain/pay for a car (or some other form of transport) to get us from said job to the place we put those things and back again.
part of me really wishes we had sold our cars instead and dropped off the face of the earth except for exotic photographs and postcards in foreign languages.
Fascinated by beauty, I find myself searching for it everywhere. I crave adventure. I long to impact the world, if only by one person, and to have great love; it is my hope to live a life worthy of those in it and the One who created it, and to never cease creating. I am a work in progress.
